An installation assistant is an invaluable member of our heating and cooling installations team. They not only provide much-needed help with installation projects, but will gain hands-on experience and knowledge about the install process, including everything from quality control to ductwork and equipment setup and configuration. This is a great position for those who are looking to launch a career in the field of HVAC installation, and candidates will gain experience necessary to move into installer positions in the future! Previous experience in the HVAC field or in HVAC installations is not required, but is strongly preferred.
This is a full-time position.
- Must have a trade school completion certificate -OR- previous HVAC training
- Must be willing to learn and be receptive to coaching and correction
- Must be detail-oriented
- Must be able to keep work area clean and neat
- Must have a clean driving record
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be able to work in tight spaces and in extremely warm or cold temperatures
