Owner

Chris is an owner of CJ’s Heating & Cooling, with over 20 years of hands-on experience in the HVAC industry. He began his career as a helper and steadily worked his way up, eventually building his own company from the ground up. Chris holds an associate degree in Engineering Technology with a focus in Applied Physics from Penn State, as well as an HVAC Technology certification from Penn Foster. He also holds numerous technical certifications, including four NATE certifications. What he enjoys most is mentoring young technicians and watching them grow into skilled, confident professionals. When he's not working, Chris enjoys grilling, camping, and relaxing with a good bourbon.

Owner

Lindsay is an owner and office manager at CJ’s Heating & Cooling, bringing a strong background in pharmaceutical data management and HVAC marketing to the business. A graduate of Easton High School, she’s known for her attention to detail, data entry skills, and commitment to excellent customer service. Lindsay enjoys the personal side of the business most - meeting new people and helping customers every day. Outside the office, she keeps busy with cross-stitching, diamond art, and talking to her deaf dog like he can hear her. Her favorite motto, "it is what it is," perfectly reflects her down-to-earth and resilient approach to life and work.

Office Support

Jessica provides office support at CJ’s Heating & Cooling, bringing a background in healthcare and a strong foundation in business management from her studies at Northampton Community College. A graduate of Catasauqua High School, she moved to the area in November 2024 and quickly found a second family in the CJ’s team. Jessica loves the balance of productivity and laughter in the office, where everyone gets the job done while still having fun. A proud mom of three, she’s a Virgo who loves sunflowers and lives by the quote, "This too shall pass, even if it passes like a kidney stone."

Service Technician

Mike is a service technician at CJ’s Heating & Cooling with a strong background in both HVAC and plumbing. He’s been working in the field since he was 17 and brings years of hands-on experience and a great attitude to every job. Mike takes pride in making installs not only efficient but fun, and what he enjoys most is the people - both the customers he serves and the team he works alongside. Outside of work, he enjoys riding his motorcycle, shooting, and spending time with family and friends.

Service Technician

Mark has been working in the HVAC trade since August 2002, bringing years of hands-on experience. As a service technician at CJ’s Heating & Cooling, his favorite part of the job is repairing customers’ heating and cooling equipment and knowing that his work helps restore their comfort. Mark holds his EPA Universal Certification, as well as Gastite and TracPipe certifications, and has completed three-day training for Mitsubishi Diamond Dealer systems. Outside of work, Mark stays active in his community by participating in local township events and antique tractor clubs. His favorite life motto says a lot about his practical approach to life: “Think about what can happen before doing something dumb.”

Installation Technician

Nick is an installation technician at CJ’s Heating & Cooling, bringing a unique and diverse background to the team with past experience as a machinist apprentice, x-ray technician, arborist, and in-home renovations. He holds his EPA 608 and TracPipe certifications and has an associate degree in Applied Science from Northampton Community College. Nick appreciates the balance of professionalism and fun at CJ’s, as well as the company’s commitment to investing in and educating its employees. Outside of work, he’s always on the move - riding his Harley, jet skiing, hiking, rock climbing, hunting, or enjoying time at the beach. He lives by the motto: "Do one thing every day that scares you."

Installation Technician

William is an installation technician at CJ’s Heating & Cooling and a four-year LCTI HVAC graduate with a strong background in construction, electrical, and plumbing. He is detail-oriented and holds OSHA 10, EPA, and TracPipe certifications, bringing a safety-focused, do-it-right mindset to every install. William enjoys working at CJ’s because the team is friendly, supportive, and fun to work with. Outside of work, he’s passionate about motorcycles and cars and lives by the motto, “If you don't have time to do it right the first time, when will you have time to do it over again.”

Installation Technician

Avery is a dedicated installation technician at CJ’s Heating & Cooling who brings a strong work ethic, hands-on experience, and a passion for learning to the team. Before joining the HVAC industry, Avery worked as a welder and decided to pursue a career with new opportunities to grow and develop his skills. A fast learner who enjoys learning new things, Avery also values working alongside his coworkers and being part of a team. He attended Pen Argyl High School and CIT, and outside of work, he enjoys welding and demolition derbies. His favorite saying, “Look before you leap,” reflects his thoughtful approach both on and off the job.

Installation Technician

Blaise is an installation technician at CJ’s Heating & Cooling who brings a fresh perspective and a positive attitude to the team. He studied HVAC at CIT, where he built a strong foundation in the trade, and enjoys putting his skills to work while continuing to grow in the field. One of his favorite things about working at CJ’s is the people - he enjoys being part of a team. Outside of work, Blaise enjoys going shooting with friends and making the most of his time off. His favorite saying, “Just keep swimming,” reflects his approach to staying positive, pushing forward, and taking on whatever comes his way.

Service Technician

Keenan is a Service Technician at CJ’s Heating & Cooling and has been working in the HVAC industry since 2021. With a degree in Electrical Engineering, he brings a strong technical background and a natural passion for problem-solving to every job. He enjoys working at CJ’s because there’s always something new to learn and a new challenge to tackle. Outside of work, Keenan is always fixing something or enjoying the outdoors, hiking and mountain biking with his family. His favorite quote, “Nothing to it but TO DO IT,” reflects his hands-on attitude and approach to both work and life.

Technician & Install Helper

Kieran is a technician and install helper at CJ’s Heating & Cooling who recently graduated high school and is excited to begin building his career in the family business. Young, motivated, and always willing to learn, Kieran enjoys gaining new hands-on skills, meeting new people, and carrying on the legacy that makes CJ’s Heating & Cooling a family tradition. Outside of work, music is his passion - he enjoys playing both the drums and guitar. And when it comes to his favorite quote, he keeps it simple: “Nope.”

Maintenance Technician

Kaden is a maintenance technician at CJ’s Heating & Cooling with four years of training at LCTI. He holds OSHA 10 and EPA 608 certifications and earned an “Advanced” score on his NOCTI test, reflecting his strong skills and commitment to the trade. Kaden is eager to keep learning and growing, and he enjoys working at CJ’s for its positive, team-oriented environment. Outside of work, he spends his time kayaking and enjoying the outdoors.
